QuoteGuard analyzes uploaded estimates to produce an informational review. The original file is processed for analysis and is not stored in QuoteGuard’s database. Generated report data may be retained for up to seven days.
If you join early access, we store your email address and advertising source so we can send launch updates. We do not sell your email address.
We use PostHog analytics to measure visits, traffic sources, estimate-upload progress, completed analyses, waitlist signups, and outbound-link clicks. QuoteGuard assigns a random browser identifier so visits and funnel steps can be counted without requiring an account. We do not send uploaded documents, estimate text, email addresses, full ZIP codes, report access tokens, or payment details to PostHog. Session recording is disabled.
Do not upload documents containing Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
QuoteGuard is not a repair shop, mechanic, contractor, insurer, or law firm. Results are informational and may require professional inspection.
